    I acknowledge that this therapy has no other intentions other than that of providing relaxation. We, at Soul Senses Spa & Wellness, do not indulge in any malpractices and maintain strict professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior with the therapist is strictly prohibited, and any such act will lead to termination of service with no refund and legal action.

    I understand that I must declare any health conditions at the time of booking the appointment. These include high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, high diabetes, or pregnancy. If pregnant, then you must notify us as we do not do prenatal.

    I release Soul Senses Spa & Wellness Group, associated with the group and its branches from any responsibilities in case of an accident, illness, injury, or health issues.

    I confirm that I have declared complete medical history at the outlet so that spa professionals can better customize the experience to my needs.

    I agree & understand that this spa provides services that are purely meant for the purpose of relaxation & that they are not a medical spa to address any chronic illnesses & no refund related to these will be entertained.

    REFUND POLICY:

    Soul Senses Spa & Wellness has no refund policy, but if under any circumstances (with valid reasons only) you wish to discontinue your session, please inform within the first 15 minutes after treatment starts, the management will charge you as per pro-rata basis for the utilized duration of the treatment.

    NOTE:

    The management of Soul Senses Spa & Wellness is not responsible for the loss of any valuables on premises. Kindly keep your precious items in your vigilance or in the storage facility offered (if any) at the outlet. Don’t forget to take your belongings when leaving the premises.
