جمع البيانات: نقوم بجمع معلومات أساسية لمعالجة الحجوزات وتحسين خدماتنا.
حماية البيانات: معلوماتك محمية ولن تتم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث.
المسؤولية عن الممتلكات الشخصية: لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان أو سرقة أي أغراض داخل السبا.
ميثاق السلوك: يُرجى الحفاظ على سلوك لائق طوال فترة زيارتك.
التعامل مع الموظفين: موظفونا مدربون على تقديم خدمة احترافية ولبقة.
استخدام الموقع: يخضع استخدام موقعنا لشروط الاستخدام، بما في ذلك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
الملكية الفكرية: جميع محتويات موقعنا مملوكة لنا ولا يجوز إعادة إنتاجها دون إذن مسبق.
تحديثات السياسات: يحتفظ السبا بالحق في تعديل الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار مسبق.

القيود العمرية: العلاجات متاحة فقط للأشخاص الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 16 عامًا أو أكثر.
السلوك العام: يُمنع إظهار المودّة بشكل مفرط أو أي تصرفات ذات طابع جنسي داخل السبا مهما كان التراضي بين الطرفين.
Your guide to the prefect Spa experience!
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will result in a reduction of your treatment time.
Because treatments are reserved especially for you, the appointments cancelled with less than 6 hour notice and “no shows” will include a cancellation fee at 100% of the reserved treatment price.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted.
All treatments are subject to non refundable. Treatments of spa memberships are non-transferable as per management order and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated due to any unavoidable circumstances.
We kindly request that mobile phones be turned to silent mode and that noise should be kept to a minimum to allow all guests to enjoy the serenity of the spa. Children under 15 years are not permitted in the spa.
Before undertaking spa treatments, please consult your health practitioner if you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart condition or any other medical complication. Guests are requested to complete a health questionnaire. Please advice reception if you have any health issues or concerns.
We recommend you to remove your contact lenses before your facial treatment. Please bring your own case and solution for lenses.
Jewellery and valuables may be placed in secured drawers in treatment rooms, recommend that no jewellery to be worn in the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for loss of money or valuables brought into the spa.
Soul Senses Spa shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest.
We offer private changing facilities in each of our treatment rooms in addition to treatment time, we allow 15 minutes for changing and showering facilities (shower areas are available exclusively at selects outlets). Extra time is charged at actual for each 15 minutes or part thereof. Please let us know in advance if you require extra shower, changing time so that we may reserve your room.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.
We are open daily from 10:00 am to 00:00 midnight.
